Write to support@merchantsuite.io from an address that belongs to your store, with your myshopify.com address, the game's page and what you saw. We answer within two business days.

Before you write

• The game page needs an Online Store 2.0 theme and the page.presell template with the Playlure game block on it. The app's Home shows whether both are in place. To make the template: Online Store › Themes › Customize › Pages › Create template, named presell, based on Default page. Then use Add the game block in the app.
• The page shows nothing until the game is published from the app. After a change, publish again.
• A reward that does not apply at checkout: open its discount from the app and check that it is active, not expired, and allowed to combine with the other discounts in the cart.
• Plays and claims reach Meta, GA4 or TikTok only through a custom pixel. The app's Custom pixel page has the snippet to paste under Settings › Customer events.
• Orders per reward come from the code's usage count in Shopify, which Shopify updates with a short delay.
